Practice Head
Client require Practice Head to work on client site in London
We are seeking a Senior-level consulting role for the London or Reading, UK area. This person will be responsible for CxO level interfacing with some of our largest CPG clients. The person will be responsible for working with our onsite client engagement and delivery team to further our relationship with the client. They will be responsible for interfacing with key decision makers within client to drive top-and-bottom line growth, as well as thought leadership.
We expect this person to help position our firm as an overall strategic partner, especially in non-IT areas of supply chain, sales, marketing, manufacturing.
The ideal candidate would have the following background:
*10-15 years of Consumer Goods experience in the industry - Tobacco, Home/Personal Care, and Beverage industries
*Deep domain expertise in at least one of the following areas - supply chain, sales, marketing, manufacturing, rapid new product development/realization; and a reasonable understanding of at least 3 areas
*Experience in a Tier 1 or CPG-specific boutique consulting firm as a Principal, Associate Partner, Partner or similar level
*Ability to deliver high-level consulting projects at CxO level
*Delivery and sales experience in a consulting and/or Global IT Services organization
Other qualifications for differentiation:
*Global perspective in Consumer Products industry
*Understands technology enablement related to Consumer Analytics/Insights, B2B, Omni-Channel, Mobility
*Published thought leader
*Frequent speaker on industry topics
*Exposure/Experience in key enterprise software packages such as SAP, JDA, Oracle, etc.
*Expected to drive a minimum of $3-5mm in Order Booked in 1st twelve months
*Key connects and relationships in the local Europe market (Food & Beverage, tobacco or home & personal care markets)
*Key Connects with Alliance partners too (SAP, Oracle)
