For a Large .net development project in association with CRM MS-Dynamics implementation; Infrastructure (ITIL) architect with at-least 7+ years of experience

This role will promote and maintain the enterprise wide infrastructure architecture. The role will develop policies and principles that are closely aligned to business direction. The Architect will also be responsible for the specific technical architectural design, development and maintenance of the baseline and target desktop architectures. In addition, this position will provide impact analysis on architecture recommendations for the adoption and implementation of best practice global technology initiatives to support its business and business relationships.

Experience:

  • Broad knowledge of infrastructure architecture, standards and advanced concepts;
  • A strong technical background with excellent knowledge of SOE, mid range server (AIX), Sun Solaris, CISCO products, Wintel, Storage, Virtualisation, Network and Voice;
  • Able to communicate ideas and concepts under stressful situations and discussions, and when confronted with a variety of different technical solutions for a particular problem;
  • Exceptional listening, creativity and deductive reasoning skills are essential, as well as the ability to logically process large quantities of information and articulate where decisions might lead;
  • Confidence and credibility in front of business management and end users and IT vendors; and
  • Tertiary qualifications in information technology or related business disciplines.
