Financial Analyst

Duration: 6 months + Extensions

Role
* Analyse all data that influences the financials of a domain (contracts, purchase orders, volumes, etc ) and participate in the monthly closing cycle.
* Deliver management information (FTE's, financials, volumes, KPI, dashboards and other tailor made reporting) with the quality and timelines desired.
* Actively support, advise and challenge the management of the IT organization -of which you own the financials- with all financial matters both process and content wise.
* Operate with financial expertise and ensure that actuals, budgets and forecasts follow the rules of IFRS and the definitions that BNP Paribas Fortis decided on (standardized reports, analyses method's, calculation principles, accounting policies, activity types, etc).
* Ensure that realistic, reliable but stretch targets are developed mid and long term.
* Initiate both content and process improvements.
Education, knowledge and experience
* Financial expertise
* Master in Finance or in the process of acquiring a degree in Finance or in a similar field
* Extensive experience with MS Office
* Knowledge of SAP
* Ideally at least 5 years of experience
