Description
Aston Carter are looking for several experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM business analysts to join a leading Golbal Bank for an immediate start.
The CRM BA will be working as part of the project team to deliver robust CRM solutions. Engaging with SME's across all levels of the organisation to build on existing work; to review and develop an optimal implementation approach and detailed business and functional requirements to support implementation processes.
The individual will work with the business, other workstreams within the programme, the IT department and any other suppliers or vendors working on behalf of the company to produce a workable and agreed future process and functional analysis for the new CRM solutions. The engagement will take place in the form of workshops, telephone & in person and therefore calls for a strong and clear communicator.
The role will involve in depth analysis of a preferred implementation approach, collation and analysis of existing data capture tools (such as spreadsheets and Legacy systems) to understand how these will be used in the 'future state' process. Must also possess facilitation skills and influencing skills, critical thinking and excellent communication. They must be self-motivated and pro-active.
Core proven experience required:
*At least 2 full cycles (from inception to deployment) of CRM deployment; experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM will be a distinct advantage
*Proven track record in end to end CRM business and functional analysis
*Experience of change management in a project environment is essential
*Strong combination of data and process analysis skills coupled with the ability to present findings and recommendations in a clear, concise way
*Proven experience and understanding of CRM User adoption and the impacts
*Proven track record in workshop facilitation
*Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide range or colleagues and stakeholders in a large complex project
*Excellent presentation skills (Verbal/Written & Visual)
*Ability to deal with a high pressured environment, high workloads and demanding deadlines
*Excellent communication, influencing and problem solving skills
*Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively at different levels in the organisation
*Ability to drive projects forward, challenging existing processes and procedures where necessary
*Ability to stimulate thinking in an area of expertise
*Ability to embrace a changing business environment
*Knowledge of CRM user adoption strategy
*Excellent team player
