Governance Finance Manager - Global Fixed Income IT
A Finance Manager for Budgeting forecasting Recharges within Global Fixed Income IT Finance IT skills gained within Investment banking IT department, solid background in IT governance. Experience of operating industry standard IT Governance practices and standards. strong track record of delivery within a structured project environment. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel. Knowledge of finance systems and accounting practices. Experience of process design and mapping. Finance Manager who has experience of reporting to CIO COO level.
Role:-
Budgeting forecasting recharging, With regular meetings with the CIO & directline maangers opf CIO. Provide greater transparency to the It estate on project reporting, define modelling to define across p;atform changes.
Desirables;
Practical application of EFQM Business Excellence Model or similar. Industry standard experience/qualification of IT Governance practices and standards eg COBIT, CMMI, ITIL, Six Sigma. Commercial management experience. Specific exposure to Capital Markets technology would be advantageous eg Fixed Income, Equities. Experience of process design and mapping. Understanding of - COBIT CMMI ITIL Six sigma -; practical application of EFQM Business Excellence Model or similar.
Additioanl responsibilities -
The finance manager will be responsible for developing a structure of relationships and processes to support and control the enterprise in order to achieve the goals by adding value while balancing risk versus return over IT and its processes. In addition to the specific responsibilities detailed below the successful performance managerwill be expected to demonstrate understanding in other areas of IT Governance including strategies surrounding Strategic Process Management, Operational Risk, Permanent Controls, IT Business Portfolio Management and Tools and Methods.
