Penta Consulting are URGENTLY looking for an Incident/Problem Manager to work for work for a leading vendor in Iraq.

As a Incident & Problem Manager, your primary function will be to manage high impacting problems to initiate preventative measures, identifying and investigating suspect software and other components driving through to resolution, delivering effective communication and liaising with all parties involved in Problem investigation and resolution. You must be able to demonstrate previous experience of managing Major high impacting Incidents out of hours, as this role forms part of the 24 x 7 on call Major Incident Team.
