We are recruiting a Data Analyst to work at our Rouge Valley site and be broadly responsible for data analysis and maintenance of master data in SAP.
Accountabilities:- Provide a high level of customer service, using sound judgment and decision making, with an acute understanding of the customer and their needs
- Perform data analysis and maintenance of new master data
- Provide assistance to the Application Support Team with testing and analysis
- Promote adherence to departmental procedures to ensure data quality of information maintained
- Effectively apply structured problem solving skills to evaluate problems, identify root causes and carry out corrective action
- Correspond with Hospitals and Plexxus Operations in providing guidance and resolving concerns or issues as they relate to data
- Perform detailed review and analysis of all data elements in order to ensure that they correspond with various business standards, rules and constraints
- Participate and assist in the establishment of data management and governance practices
Qualifications: Minimum two (2) years' experience working in an SAP environment
- Understanding of relational databases and reporting tools (ie MS Access, Crystal)
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Self-starter, highly motivated, able to work effectively without constant supervision
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, accurate and detail oriented
- University degree/college diploma and/or specialty certificate in a relevant discipline preferred
