Description
Senior Project Manager to work within the Project Management Office (PMO) of a major international software services company. We require an experienced project professional with commercial business experience.You will demonstrate previous client facing project/programme management experience delivering complex projects.
Essential Criteria:
*PMP Certified
*A business related graduate degree
*10+ years Project Management experience preferably in a multi-national environment.
*Exceptional influencing skills and demonstrable suite of change management communication experience
*Strong business transformation/change leadership experience
*Extensive Project Management life cycle experience in a leading role
*Experience of the systems development life cycle
*Ability to effectively lead virtual, multi-disciplinary and global project teams and motivate others.
*Ability to identify & implement industry best practices to improve existing processes.
*Ability to effectively engage with key stakeholders at executive management level & effectively scale communication style for executive audiences.
*Strong analytical/problem solving ability, with ability to work independently within a results-driven, highly ambiguous and dynamic environment.
*Ability to anticipate and react to frequently changing business climate, delivering results to continual deadline constraints
*Organisational agility: the ability to work effectively cross-organisationally and cross-culturally
*Strong experience managing external relationships with vendors in a highly outsourced model
Your competencies will include Executive maturity; strategic leadership; thought leadership; impact and influence; cross group collaboration; analytical problem solving; results orientation.
You will have a detailed understanding of a Project Management Methodology and underlying project tool set: eg. Microsoft Project/Enterprise Project Server/Sharepoint. Experience of Change Management, ideally in a major organisation.
