Description
SAP HR Consultant is required for the 2nd April.
You will be working as part of the SAP implementation project. The main area of focus will be Personnel Administration, Compensation & Benefits as well as the preparation of existing database.
You will use your HR and SAP experience to support the set-up and testing of the SAP system. The Specialist will also ensure the data transfer of the existing historical data into SAP.
The Specialist will join the SAP implementation project team as of April 2nd for a period of 1 year.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Manager, HRIS in the overall project management
- Support local and Global HR Teams in the project preparation and implementation
- Support the current databases cleansing and transition of data into SAP
- Support the documentation of the SAP processes, data definition and interfaces
- Identify and support training of users on effective and proper SAP use.
- Reinforces the organization's core values and behavioral expectations through modelling, communication, and coaching
