This fast growing industry leader has an immediate contract-to-hire opening in Richardson, TX for a Senior Salesforce.com Administrator/Business Consultant. Will build relationships with key business leaders through the Salesforce.com solution across business units. Will measure ongoing KPIs, adoption metrics, and ROI. Will implement plans to correct where projected case benefits are not reached, and develop detailed business requirements for prioritized projects including high-level process analysis, identification of key gaps, approach options, estimates and projected ROI. Will identify critical change opportunities using best practice consulting tools and methodologies (such as Lean Six Sigma, consulting frameworks). Will participate in industry discussions and events to learn and share understandings and best practices.
This position requires 3+ years of Salesforce.com System Administration or Development and consulting experience (or heavy customer interaction), project and/or program management experience, and the ability to work with the end users and IT technical staff. Should be results-driven and skilled with project planning, negotiation and expectation management, delivering effective presentations, and senior-level communication.
