Service Desk Analyst, London.

Active Directory, Windows XP, Windows 7, adaptable under pressure and the ability to prioritise. The successful candidate will be expected to obtain the ITIL V3 Certificate within a few months of starting.

This is an extremely unique position. The environment is very busy so being able to multi-task is very important.

This will be a front facing role so excellent working relationships are essential with stakeholders of all levels.

This is an open requirement so you will be required to be immediately available.
