Description
We are looking for a Corporate Reporting Controller in the area of Zurich:PERMANENT POSITION!
Responsibilities:
• Support the preparation of the published annual and quarterly consolidated financial statements
• Analysis of the Group’s monthly management reporting, forecasts and budgets
• Maintenance and development of the Group’s reporting tool, Hyperion Financial Management
• Participate in projects related to significant transactions and activities of the Group
• Undertake ad-hoc exercises and analysis as requested by senior finance management
Skills:
• Bachelor Degree in Finance or Economics
• Strong analytical skills
• Basic knowledge of accounting standards eg. IFRS and Swiss GAAP (OR)
• Good systems and IT skills
• Fluency in English required. Any other language, in particular German, would be an asset
• Good communication skills as well as an ability to work cross-culturally with top management and the group entities
• An ability to exercise effective judgement within constrained timescales
• Remains confident and calm in pressurised circumstances
• Works well as an integral part of a team, but also can work independently when required
• Sets high professional standards for self and others
