My Client a large global brand is looking for an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to join the team on a 6 month contract. The purpose of the role is to develop and execute ER strategies to meet business and HR goals. Delivery of 'best in class' Employee Relations Consultancy Service to UK Business Leaders and employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for pro-actively forecasting future ER challenges, trend and risk analysis and delivery of commercial solutions to ensure compliance whilst meeting business and HR needs.
The ideal candidate will have:
- ER experience or HR Generalist with strong focus on ER
- Project Management skills
- Ability to interact effectively with Leaders
- Expert application/interpretation of UK/European legislation across all key HR Policies and Procedures
- Customer Service/Interpersonal skills
- Ability to focus both on detail and wider implications of issues
- Ability to assess individual or business readiness to manage ER issues
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Presentation Skills
- Teamwork
- CIPD or equivalent desirable
