SAP IS-Retail Consultant - Our client a major blue chip organisation is looking for the following candidate below:
Main responsibilities
We are continuously expanding the functionalities of our SAP systems. In the near term we will be implementing a new solution involving ticket sales and related Point of Sales processes.
For our support centre we are looking for new experienced colleagues that are keen to help us in supporting these new processes.
Main responsibilities
- Providing support for all point-of-sale processes in a 24/7 environment with high availability KPIs.
- Providing expert support to resolve issues with interfaced PoS solutions
- Lead and implement improvement projects for PoS solutions and interfaces.
- Incident and change management, configuration, testing, training and coaching of key and end-users, as well as maintaining functional design documentation, process documentation, testing documentation and execution, training documentation, business process procedures and control matrices.
- Monitoring of interfaces and resolving IDOC errors.
Mission
Perform SAP support activities: Incident resolution, giving/organizing training, implement process changes, interface problems follow up and resolution, testing of configuration changes, functional specifications - new and changes to, lead/participate in improvement projects with business.
Knowledge and Professional skills
Education
- Academic, or similar through experience
Experience
- Min 3-4 years of experience with the use/setup/support of SAP Retail in point-of-sale environments.
- Experience in interfaces between SAP and PoS systems, and dealing with equipment and software suppliers from different countries.
- Experience with IDOC processing and error handling
- Expert knowledge of SAP SD and/or CRM and SD-pricing in particular.
- Integration knowledge with the following SAP areas: SAP SD, FI, CO

Languages
- Trilingual (Dutch and French and English)
German is considered an advantage.
