Description
-review financial promotions and customer facing documents to ensure that they adhere to the relevant regulations
- first point of contact for matters relating to financial promotions and customer communications
-advise on training and development needs
-ensure customer-facing literature complies with the rules/regulations
-keep abreast of changes and developments in regulations codes of practice, guidance and industry bes practice
-review product brochures, related documents and other customer communications
-sign off the documents, or provide assurance to the Head of Compliance that the requiremets are satisactory
Essential Experience:
-in-depth experience of reviewing and approving financial promotions and customer communications
-3-5 years experience of Compliance in the Financial Services Industry
