Site Acquisition Manager II
Job Description:
The Site Acquisition Project Manager II, is responsible for overseeing the entire Site Acquisition project phase of Site Development, including all land management, lease negotiations and coordination, legal review, and zoning, permitting and municipal approval functions. Including evaluation of subcontractor work product, coordination of deliverables, and management of subcontractor agreements and schedules.
Responsibilities:
Evaluation of property and suitability for site builds
Communications with Landowner and Property Manager
Land use and permit evaluation
Property lease and contract negotiations
Ability to draft, interpret and negotiate lease terms and conditions
Read, interpret and determine zoning, usage, flood, tax, and maps
Read, interpret and determine title reports and history
Schedule, coordinate and present and interpret data at municipal hearings and committee meetings and other public forums
Solid understanding of Site Development and zoning change request with municipalities
Requirements:
5 to 7 years experience with land management and acquisition
Preferably 3 to 5 years experience in Project Management
