Very Large Multinational Data Services Company is seeking to hire a skilled Wintel Administrator. The Wintel Admin, otherwise known as a Windows Server Admin, will be involved in assisting in the design, installation, configuration, management, maintenance and administration of all enterprise data center Servers. Will support ongoing server consolidation effort to migrate physical Servers to virtual environment. Will provide technical solutions for simple to mid-complex problem resolution. Will participate as Wintel services SME for special projects. Will participate in an on-call rotation. Excellent team environment with opportunitty to work with state-of-the-art technologies found in a large datacenter environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS
* In depth and hands on experience with Microsoft NT 4.0, 2000, 2003, 2008 design and engineering.
* Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, MS Group Policy (GPO) expertise, and one or more of the following:
Clustering expertise
VMware Virtual Infrastructure
Citrix Metaframe
* Enterprise Patch Management expertise is required.
* Previous experience with Microsoft MOF/ITIL competencies is desirable
* Individual will be involved in the design, installation, configuration, management, maintenance and administration of all enterprise data center Servers.
* Support of ongoing server consolidation effort to migrate physical Servers to virtual environment
* Provide technical solutions for complex problem resolution
* Lead and participate on special projects
* Participate in on-call rotation
* 3 years or more of Wintel server administration experience.
* 1 year of experience managing small to medium projects
* Training and experience in high level server administration functions such as high availability, networking, or performance and tuning.
* MS certifications required.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS and QUALITIES NEEDED. Strong problem solving and analytical skills are required, as well as, previous technical documentation skills

* Can interact with customers and establish good working relationships

* Provide training and guidance to team members
* Knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customers trust and confidence.
