A Leading Insurance Organisation is looking to recruit an Operational Excellence Analyst on an interim basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the market leading Financial Services organizations which is undertaking a significant strengthening of its document management capabilities - including a complete review of the capture, ingestion and integration services
The Document Management programme includes roll out of existing solutions to a large number of countries in Europe, enhancements to the existing solution and a review of the capture/ingestion software and processes, including operating models
Scope of responsibility:
Analyse, design and implement operational change to deliver improved effectiveness and efficiency within the agreed timelines, quality and budget
Re-engineer existing business processes to improve customer service and reduce unit costs
Create and manage measurement systems to track adaption, utilisation and proficiency of changes
Ensure all operational change is benchmarked and improvements are measured
Ensure operational change is successfully Embedded into BAU
Support the creation of standards, practices and tools for operational change and on-going operational management
Work with internal and external teams to deliver change
Operate within agreed decision making standards, limitations and authorities
Identify, evaluate and recommend key opportunities for enterprise wide business process standardisation
Strong customer focus and cultural awareness to operate in a complex, multi-country corporate operational environment.
Creative & flexible approach to problem solving
Business process re-engineering skills - Six Sigma or DMAIC
Strong analytical skills - ISEB certificate in Business Analysis
Experience of team leadership
Ability to work within large change programmes
Excellent communication, relationship building and influencing skills
Insurance knowledge including underwriting concepts, local practices and processing is preferred
Fluent English essential, another European language desirable
