With Saudi Arabia being one of the most influential and expanding economic countries, there is huge opportunities for people to take!We have an exciting opportunity with our partner working on one of there largest accounts within the Banking Domain. We require a skilled, driven and hands-on resource who will review existing processes and procedures and make recommendations on improving them. Implement high quality standards, processes, procedures as agreed by the customer to ensure quality service delivery to production, and conduct the required process re-engineering and implementation with the best technology which give a quality support to IT to achieve IT objectives.
We require someone who has 5+ years in the IT and banking industry with experience in IT Operations BAU activities and understanding of ITIL topics.
