Software Team Leader
Requirements
7+ years experience as a software developer, 3+ years as a software systems architect and at least 1 year as a project manager. He/she would be very familiar with agile (SCRUM) development processes and would be comfortable in a customer-facing role. While this is a technical position which would include deriving system requirements from customer requirements or stories, directing the design and implementation, and managing the agile project data (backlog, etc) the focus for the individual will be to lead the software development and test team. Thus, we seek an individual talented in multiple technology fields with strong leadership skills. Candidate should have a minimum bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Technical Details
Candidate should have experience designing and developing software for distributed Real Time systems in the Windows environment. Position requires a strong C++ background with good Object Oriented Programming skills. Candidate must be able to communicate clearly to team members as well as the end customers.
