MI Manager/MI Project Manager

The successful MI Manager/MI Project Manager will build, maintain and continuously improve the People MI portfolio to ensure all relevant people metrics and trends produced by the HR function are best in class within a well known financial services organisation.

The successful MI Manager/MI Project Manager will have a strong Management Information record and have a background in HR or HRMI.

Essential Criteria:

  • Qualifications - Graduate level in business, HR or related field
  • Skills - Project Management Skills
  • Knowledge - best in class people MI metrics
  • Business Objects solutions
  • Expansive knowledge of metrics, data and Business Intelligence strategies
  • Strong background in financial services
  • Desirable experience outsourcing HRMI solutions

Accountabilities of Successful MI Manager/MI Project Manager:

  • Produce the MI dashboard on a monthly basis combining information as required from all appropriate sources within HR
  • Produce essential People MI required by HRD as and when required
  • Effect a 'cultural change' with effect to People MI, moving away from a highly bespoked service to utilisation of standard reports where possible and potential charging for additional requirements
  • Deliver appropriate MI reporting within HR system to roll out to managers/HR during 2012 to reduce the reliance on centrally produced reports
  • Successfully embed the outsource of all relevant People MI delivery
  • Manage the retained MI team, successfully transitioning them to the new ways of working
  • Develop policies and procedures to ensure data integrity & audit as appropriate
