Description
This leading financial services company requires an experienced Senior Project Analyst to join their Project Team.
You will be assisting in undertaking administration, monitoring and reporting tasks to support the delivery of projects. You will be working closely with the Project Manager on a transformation project.
To be considered for this role you will have previous demonstrable experience in a project coordinator/PMO role, as well as:
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite and MS Project
- Previous experience in Pimavera
- Solid experience in scheduling and planning
- Experience in workbook management
- Project skills in the user of SharePoint; management of document libraries and lists, creation/modification of public views.
- Outstanding communication skills - Verbal and Written
- Strong coordination skills, previous experience in a PMO would be great
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Abode Acrobat
- Ability to work independently within a team environment
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Solid experience on Projects and ideally exposure to realestate transformation projects would be a bonus.
- Previous experience in the financial services space would be ideal.
