Marketing Business Partner
Work closely with the Head of Product & Services Marketing and the UK Chief Investment Officer to develop confident and proactive messaging around the banks strategy and portfolios. This will play a fundamental role in supporting the growth and deepening/retention of investment share of wallet within the banks client base, particularly within Private Banking and Private Wealth clients
Support the banks desire to significant grow share of client investment wallet by developing clear and compelling investment propositions, designed to build the confidence and skills of the Front Office when articulating the banks overall investment proposition and core capabilities.
Act as facilitator and conduit of investment and product ideas and information between the Investment Office and the front-line to ensure optimal leverage of investment capabilities and intellectual capital.
Maintain a high level of client and investment industry knowledge in order to help shape investment marketing strategy
Work with other core marketing functions to embed investment and product thinking into marketing proposition; and marketing and client communications at all levels.
Key requirements for the role
- Background in investment and product marketing and/or sales within asset and/or wealth management industry
- Strong investment understanding across asset classes - degree level candidate
- Sound product and technical knowledge
- Deep channel understanding: B2B and B2C.
- Experience across international affluent, HNW and UHNW clients desirable.
- Ability to translate investment thinking into investment marketing strategy
- Ability to operate at senior level across the company
- Strong collaborative working and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills
- Confident presenter
- Ability to motivate and inspire Front Office and make the complex simple
