Our established Financial Services client seek Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) Contact Centre Team Managers to lead a team of around 30 PPI complaint handlers.

There are multiple Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) Contact Centre Team Manager positions available.

Key Requirements for Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) Contact Centre Team Manager are:

- Experience of managing a team of at least 15-20 members.
- Experience of team management within a Call Centre/Contact Centre/Complaints environment.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Competent in MS Excel and MI.

It would desirable but not essential for Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) Contact Centre Team Manager applicants to have experience within PPI.
