Ihre Aufgaben:
- Supporting and monitoring SOP and ramp-up of production at the customer's
- Defining improvement actions together with the customer and in the production plant and at the suppliers
- Analyzing complaints and defining strategies to find the root cause for the issues and countermeasures (Ishikawa, 5W)
- Communication to R&D, the production plant and suplliers to solve upcoming quality issues
Ihre Qualifikation
- Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 and VDA procedures
- Knowlegede of ESD protection (norm IEC -x)
- Knowledge of the tools FMEA, FTA, PPAP, Ishikawa, 5W
- Knowledge of electronic production lines including application
- Language skills in English and German
