To be considered for the role you will need to have the following skills and experience
*Experience with a diverse range of manufacturing processes
*Experience and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing techniques
*Experience in reviewing a wide range of components
*Experience in implementing continuous improvement methodologies and techniques such as JIT, Six Sigma.
*Degree qualified in an engineering discipline
The following skills and experience would be an advantage but not essential
*Knowledge and experience using Six-sigma methodology would be an advantage but not essential.
