Description
My client is a leading pharmaceutical company who are currently recruiting for a Document Management Administrator.
Responsibilities:
Working with each of the project teams to ensure that:
Their documentation is migrated to the appropiate document management system
Their document inventory is up to date
Carrying out some of the document migration, ensuring that the document naming conventions are followed
Loading existing wet ink signed documents into the document repository
Advising the teams on which documents need to be stored in which repository
Other administration duties associated with the document management system
Providing the single point of contact for document queries and being able to talk users through issues via phone and computer sharing
Providing 1-2-1 training sessions with users
Experience:
Experience of technical administration of systems as described above
Proficiency in Word and Excel and PowerPoint is required
