Ihre Aufgaben:
- Transition, installation, operation and support of AIX & Tivoli Storage implementation automatic monitoring.
- Implementation of Standard In-Scope Backup Services.
- Definition of data backup and recovery details.
- Implementation of Data Backup Services.
- Definition of data backup and recovery.
- Information of customer about specific processes for backup of customer's files and scheduled time periods for backup.
- Determination of customer 's requirements; creation and documentation of customer 's backup and recovery processes.
- Provision, installation and configuration of the IBM Backup software on in-scope servers that contain files to be backed up.
- Provision of data media and definition of data backup parameters.
- Provision of access authorizations that IBM needs to fulfill its obligations within service scope.
Ihre Qualifikation
- Deep know how Tivoli Storage Manager Server and Clients
- Know how Tivoli Data Protection Module, especially TDP for Mail (Exchange)
- Know how security concept for VMWare-Server and -Guests
- Know how about backup procedure Storage-Systems (EMC and NSeries).
- Operating systems Windows and Unix solution design, validation / Sizing of Hard- / Software
- Organizational skills, customer relationship management skills
- Skills in planning and coordination of different involved groups.
- Should be able do make face to face meetings with customer
- Requested languages: English, German
