My prestige client is looking for an Employee Relations Consultant on a 3 months contract. You will need to be CIPD qualified and experienced in employee relations. You'll also need experience in project work, policy development, pensions, AWR etc. They need to be able to manage multiple issues and be the main point of contact for the case management.
