A Senior SAP PM/SM Consultant is required to take the position as the Process and Solution Architect.
The Process and Solution Architect (PSA) will lead the business process and solution technical design in the areas of customer asset management (CAM) and partially MAM (mobile asset management/mobile equipment service execution) as well as the process and system integration within the customer' stream. In this role the PSA will closely work together with the other process leads in the customer' area and the Solution Architect & Integration Lead of the commercial area.
The process scope contains the CAM planning & execution with paper documents and mobile devices, and the corresponding service order settlement and closing processes. It contains also all supporting processes, such as integration to the customer contact center, pricing and billing of executed services, process and solution related master data, finance integration, spare part management and all others. As well as the tool selection process for a service planning solution and the corresponding integration into the overall software suite.
In the area of customer asset management/equipment service (in the field) the focus will be on the processing of internal and externally received service requests (equipment placement, removal & maintenance). It also contains the supporting processes, such as spare part and equipment management & classification, charging of services to customers (working together with the OTC, the integration lead and the corresponding streams) and the procurement of required parts (working together with supply chain and procurement). It includes the security work in this area, master data, administration and reporting.
The PSA will have functional architecture and governance responsibility for the global solutions in CAM and equipment service, as well as hands-on system configuration and with technical design for development in the SAP ECC and the mobile Middleware.
Looking for an experienced consultant with deep process and configuration knowledge in the areas of plant maintenance and service management. Ideally having consumer products industry knowledge and mobile asset management skills. If not having MAM experience this is an opportunity to start in the Back Office and learn the mobile area.
