Process A rchitect - Dublin Contract - Financial Services
The Process Architect will be responsible for creating and maintaining the enterprise architecture model to meet current and future business needs for area of expertise (Infrastructure & Technology/Application/Process/Data)
To maintain a core process inventory and represent the core processes visually. To establish and maintain a high level of business engagement; to inspire confidence in delivery and co-operation between both Business and internal customers.
You will be the recognised architecture expert for Process and have overall accountability for the following in areas of expertise:
- Developing and maintaining an Enterprise Architecture (EA) which is aligned to the overall IMTD and business strategy
- Developing policies, standards and guidelines that direct the selection, development, implementation and use of technology across the company
- Implementing IMTD architectural governance, controls, policies and procedures
- Keeping abreast with developments in the IT industry and banking sector to ensure that the architectures are kept in line with industry standard and only deviate in exceptional circumstances and for sound reason. Co-ordinate the identification and assessment of new and emerging technologies and promote awareness among staff and business.
- Identifying the IMTD and Business risks in architectural decisions and roadmaps
- Working with external suppliers to ensure that the appropriate technology direction is set with respect to systems, data and technical infrastructure
Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications
Essential:
Experience of working as an architect/process consultant
Ability to balance deep technical knowledge with effective communication skills, including translating technology into language the wider organisation can understand
Desirable:
Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF)
Experience of working in a regulatory environment
Knowledge of working with MS Stack, SQL server
Experience in analytics and data mining
Experience of Six Sigma and Lean
