Ihre Aufgaben:
- Operate existing and complex mail infrastructure based on Microsoft Exchange 2003, 2007 and 2010 for several customers.
- Access to personal mail, personal calendar and personal contacts as well as todo's through Microsoft Outlook client of web access within the intranet.
- Provision and operation of functional mail files, dedicated anti-virus software for scanning and filtering or sent in an unencrypted form on Exchange mailbox servers, Email access to the Internet secured by a firewall environment (SMTP gateway), a global address directory.
- Implementation of data backups for recovery of Exchange services and data planning and provision of Outlook Web App for access from the intranet.
- SPAM filtering and tagging according Domain name changes in Exchange from changed and published MX records.
Ihre Qualifikation
- Deep knowledge Exchange
- Knowledge solution design, validation / Sizing - Hard- / Software
- Organizational skills, customer relationship management skills
- Skills in planning and coordination of different involved groups
- Should be able do make face to face meetings with customer
- Installation, operation and support of required Microsoft Exchange server software
- Automatic monitoring, system administration and maintenance of respective mail server infrastructure.
