An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in a highly reputable Defence Organisation based in Mons, Belgium. The contract duration is 8 months with 2 possible further extensions by another year..
Applicants shall have a valid Security Clearance!
The consultant shall provide the following support:
- SW maintenance Services;
- Database maintenance Services;
- Configuration Control Services.
Required Skills:
- A Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science;
- Must have 5 + years in C# .NET, OOP programming skills experience;
- Experience demonstrated with evidence in .NET technologies (3.5 and 4.0 preferred);
- Experience Demonstrated with evidence in SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) design and implementation;
- Extensive experience demonstrated with evidence in Windows Communication Foundation;
- Experience demonstrated with evidence in Windows Presentation Foundation or related Front End technologies;
- Familiarity with administration and manipulation of PostgreSQL relational databases;
- Proficiency with optimizing SQL queries (PostgreSQL);
- Knowledge of Agile development methods;
- Experience with Visual Studio 2010 and TFS 2010.Language
