My client is one of Australia's longest running Superannuation Administration organizations and a true leader within the Australian market place. They have a reputation that lends itself to providing a reliable, nurturing environment for the growth of hardworking individual's investments which is built on the backbone of a robust and stable IT solution. Due to the initiation of a project to consolidate their Superannuation management application and General Ledger system they require a seasoned QA Test Analyst with expertise, ideally across both systems to join their team.
A high calibre team is being put together to facilitate the smooth integration of the Superannuation and General Ledger systems. This is essentially a blank canvas so from a testing perspective they'll need a complete end to end testing solution designed, implemented and of course put in to practice.
You'll draw on your "hands on" experience across both functional and non-functional testing and strong business side knowledge with Superannuation and ideally Accounting (General Ledger) systems to write and execute test cases for the greater project team. Due to the nature of this Integration project you'll employ your expertise in business process reengineering, gather requirements and some documentation to ensure clarity of tasks, consistency of performance and provide feedback for preventative actions.
Requirements of the role:
- 4 - 5 years minimum: functional and non-functional testing experience.
- Experience testing Superannuation Systems (Essential).
- Accounting/General Ledger knowledge (Desirable).
- Experience designing and executing complete, end to end testing solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- BPR - Business Process Reengineering.
- IT related degree, ISTQB/ISEB or other industry relevant certifications.
