Description
Our cilent in the Delaware area is looking for an IPT architect to join their team. This position will be supporting a migration a large number of users from a Legacy Siemens PBX system to Cisco Call Manager and upgrading video conferencing capabilities to Polycom HD. Will be assisting with the design of the systems.
Required Skills:
- IPT expertise (Internet protocol telephony)
- Experience engineering and implementing Cisco Call Manager solutions
- Experience migrating users to Cisco Call Manager
- Documentation and training of Operations team
- UCCX certification or equivalent experience (Unified Communications Contact Center Express Implementation)
- CCNP Voice (previously CCVP)
- Experience designing and engineering solutions
- Cisco Call Manager
- Polycom HD
