Campaign Manager - Direct Marketing
Campaign Manager with Direct Marketing experience within Banking or Financial Services is required to join FTSE100 Company.
The Campaign Manager will support the Marketing Operations Manager across the full range of their accountabilities with focus on driving delivery of cardholder behaviour change. As the Campaign Manager you will be responsible for end to end campaign management, managing communications delivery via external agency partners and have experience in developing contact and segmentation strategies with evidence of successful implementation of learning to deliver continuous process improvement.

To deliver a contact strategy that reaches the right cardholder at the right time with the right offer.
To develop communications materials that support the contact strategy and maximize customer responses and drive behaviour change.
To work across business units and functional areas within Loyalty Marketing to implement campaigns in a timely fashion.

Essential skills and experienced required of the Campaign Manager
- Direct marketing experience & expertise.
- Managed communications delivery through external agency partners with strong knowledge of the communications delivery process.
- Experience developing contact and segmentation strategies with evidence of successful implementation of learning to deliver continuous process improvement.
- Ability to work with and influence senior individuals and teams across different areas, functions and business units, challenging and overcoming organisational boundaries
- Minimum 3-5 years Marketing experience in a similar role
- Direct marketing experience in the development and delivery of communications across direct mail, email, and online
