Our client is a major Broadcasting company seeking a Future Talent Consultant based in west London for an initial 6 week contract with a view for extension. The ideal candidate will work within the Future Talent Team. The Future Talent Team identifies, attracts and develops the best talent across all areas of the business. Working in partnership with HR and the business, our customer-focussed outlook enables us to work proactively to engage and develop the highest calibre future talent (ie graduates, interns and apprentices) to become part of the success story.

Some of the responsibilities will include:

Devise, build and implement the Future Talent process - attract, assess, on-board, and develop great future talent.

Partnering the business and HR.

Create and drive project planning across the full future talent process.

Build existing relationships and establish new opportunities with external partners.

Work the Talent Attraction team to design effective attraction strategies.

Work with business areas to introduce and improve on-boarding and development for future talent.

Create, maintain and promote alumni and current FT communities.

This is a multisite role and will entail travel in the UK.

The ideal candidate must have the following skills and experience:

General experience of the future talent process (attract, assess, on-board, develop)

Specific experience managing this process with graduates in a high volume big brand company.

Knowledge of the education sector's approach to partnering with private business

Able to design solutions to meet specific business or cultural needs such as assessment centre structure or development plans.

Experience with apprentice and undergrad recruitment.

Creating and maintaining alumni and future talent communities

Large media organisations or introducing graduate recruitment into an organisation where it hasn't existed before.

Designing attraction campaigns to deliver candidates for specific requirements.

Designing and facilitating assessment techniques such as telephone or face to face interviews and assessment centres.

Training others (managers etc) on their role in recruiting future talent (grads or otherwise).

Project management (self and others) and process improvement experience

Budget management

Excellent client consultation skills.

High calibre communication and presentation skills.

Team worker/collaborative seeking to create a great customer experience.
