ABOUT THE PROJECT
GTN Technical Staffing is currently seeking a Senior C#/ASP.NET Developer/Architect w/WCF experience for a 6M C2H opportunity in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will need to be someone who can hit the ground running. This role will have the responsibility of managing several different projects at one time with little guidance. The Lead Developer will need to be comfortable with rolling-up their sleeves and programming as well as handling the support and maintenance tasks as they arise, however a majority of the role will not revolve around Support and/or Maintenance. Our client does have a separate team established where their sole focus is on application support/maintenance. This role will require experience with .NET Architecture/Design as it relates to Development, but will not be an Architect role.
4+ years of experience in the following skill sets
- C#/ASP.NET 2.0 - 3.5 Development
- WCF - Communications Foundation
- SQL Server - T-SQL/Stored Procedures/Triggers/Functions/Views/Joins, etc.
- SQL Server Database/Table Design/Development
- WebServices/SOAP and/or XML
PREFERRED (but not required)
- MVC - Model View Controller Framework
- WPF - Presentation Foundation
- Silverlight Development
- WinForms and/or Mobility Development
- SharePoint Development
