Position Title: Marketing Campaign Manager
Position Type: Contract
Duration: 12 months
Location: Charlotte, NC

Description:

Campaign project management; leading work team to successful completion of financial services multi-channel marketing campaigns, requirements gathering and documentation, coordination of project timeline, auditing, etc.
These individuals support our business partners as the primary liaison between the Marketing Execution work team and Marketing Program managers.
Individuals will lead and participate in the campaign audit process and will be required to help research and address any data anomalies, data gaps or issues and then be able to prepare and communicate solutions to stakeholders.

Daily tasks include project management and coordination, project scoping, and issue resolution as necessary. Responsible for documenting requirements and time lines, driving our projects and vendors to excellence in completion of campaign processing. Individuals will work closely with our campaign administration teammates and use Six Sigma tools to ensure quality of campaign outputs and support continuous improvement in our processes.

Required Skills:

Excellent project management experience.
Experience with database marketing concepts.
Ability to build and interpret business requirements documents and translate defined requirements into detailed, field-specific data extracts using a campaign management tool.
Detailed oriented.
Strong problem solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to communicate complex issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working in a fast-past environment and managing multiple priorities.
Experience working in the financial industry.
Strong data auditing and validation skills.

Desired Skills:
Experience using a campaign management tool.
Familiarity with SQL/SAS.
Experience managing a vendor.
Possess an understanding of direct marketing standards for suppressions and products such as NCOA and Address Standardization and the potential impacts to data volumes and quality.
Knowledge of direct marketing campaign process including test cell construction, campaign design, measurement and tracking.
Experience in file distribution and output file generation.
