Description
Aston Carter is recruiting a Functional Analyst SAP CRM (Sales and Contract Management). You will be part of a major upgrade project within utilities in Antwerp.
Environment: SAP ECC6.0 ISU EhP5/SAP CRM 7.0 EhP1.
- Functional upgrade of the existing Marketing & Sales system landscape.
- Upgrade of SAP ISU 4.0 to SAP ISU ECC6.0. Migration of SAP CRM 4.0 to 7.0
Required competencies:
- CRM 7.0 - Sales and Contract Management
- Strong technical knowledge (ABAP)
- Configuration experience
- Knowledge of BOL concept and component workbench
Other competencies required:
- Utilities market
- Proven Project involvement
- Relevant experience in writing functional and development specifications for ABAP
- Knowledge of IS-U is an asset
- Knowledge of CRM for utilities in CRM 7.0 or previous versions is an asset (data model in CRM and ISU)
- Knowledge of the WEBUI
Task and responsibilities:
The consultant will be part of the SAP team, performing project activities in the sales and contract management area of the project.
- Participate or conduct technical studies of business requirements.
- Evaluation of technological alternatives and recommendation of appropriate systems solutions.
- To map business requirements to technology capabilities. Identification of gaps in the design and provide design end-to-end solutions
- Guide and direct ABAP developers
- Perform the configuration, testing and documentation of the CRM processes according to existing standards
Deliverables:
- Demonstrations of the SAP CRM 7.0 capabilities
- Technical Blueprint (CRM area)
- Implementation of CRM Sales processes (and its related documentation)
- Technical specification documents using our client's templates
- Unit tests (and its related documentation)

Duration: 6months +
