Description
We are currently looking for a Communications Analyst for an initial 3 month contract based in Newport.
The successful candidate will possess the following;
- Track record in Communications.
- Knowledge of Internal Communications, Customer Communications, FAQs etc.
- Strong written and verbal skills eg for scripts, call centre staff, letters etc.
- Strong Stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of B2C Campaign management.
Desirable; Financial Services/Insurance/Life and Pensions.
