A market leading insurer is urgently looking to recruit a Lean/Six Sigma Deployment Consultant/Manager to assist on an exciting new process improvement initiative.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Financial Services industry experience is essential (Insurance industry would be an advantage)
- Experience of working in 'customer' processes (new business/sales, retention, renewal, cancellations) as well as support processes (HR, IT etc.) is desirable
- Lean/Six Sigma deployment exposure is essential (ideally at Black Belt level)
- A track record of successful delivery of tangible results over time through individual contribution and engagement of teams/individuals
- Operations Management experience would also be an advantage
