Risk Manager
We have been given exclusively the requirement for a Risk/compliance professional from with the Financial Services industry to work along side the regulated advice support manager to support the cultural cahnges taking place within the Advice support team to move toa more holistic approach to assessing sutiability and working with the regulated advice technical support manager to ensure that the stadnard of vetting is in line with FSA expectations.
The Main duties of the Role:
1) Provide insight and imporvement ideas for strengthening first line defence
2) Support the technical team to make judgements on individual cases (this is to make time for Head of the department)
3) Develop with technical team manager current rends and analysis methodology and approach.
4) interpretation of regulation, especially based around COB's guidance around suitability.
5) assess trends identified through validation work with internal and external auditors.
We are looking to interview people on Thursday/Friday of this week (29th/30th March) in view for a start in late April.
