Software Tester with SQL database queries (French speaking) - Luxembourg

My client is urgently looking for a strong Software Tester with strong skills in SQL database queries. The role is a contract role to be based in Luxembourg on a critical project. A successful candidate will have 3-4 years experience as a Tester and 1-2 years experience on projects with SQL database queries, and have a strong analytical background. This is a French and English speaking role.
The role will involve:
Analysis
o Acquire knowledge of objectives of the Model Office Execution program
o Acquire knowledge of System under implementation (Amdocs CMP):
- Become a knowledgeable user of the System (GUI), with an end-user perspective in order to understand the objective/dependencies of the Test Case-
Understand the System with a developper's perspective, in order to describe defects and issues accurately, potentially review System provider's Change Request design or description of defect fix
o Acquire knowledge of established EPT procedures/methods and any supporting documentation (Workshop reports, outstanding Action Item) that define the way Test Cases should be run
o Acquire knowledge of test management tools if necessary
Support test plan
o Potentially help determine environmental needs
o Provide rapid input (reporting, Action Items) to guarantee Test Plan deliverables are up-to-date
Create Test specifications
o draft Test Cases based on end-user (technically vague) Use Cases
o draft Test Cases in respect of system ' s capabilities and written procedures
o draft Test Cases with high level of technical detail in terms of prerequisites, environment, expected result
o draft Test Cases in English
o adapt Test Cases according to the Stream Lead ' s feedback of the drafted Test Cases
Test execution
o Prepare test data and any other prerequisite preparation, eg. query SQL databases to obtain required input data
o EPT end-users will be carrying-out the vast majority of the tests. Assist end-users in their tests, based on the Test Cases validated by Stream Leads, ie guide the end-user in the step by step Test Case
oFor tests carried-out by end-users, observe and report on Test Results and potentially record any required outputs
o Potentially carry-out tests, namely re-test (until test Passes, point after which the end-user will test again)
o Accurately document defects and issues observed, potentially clarify requirements with Stream Leads and/or System provider developers, testers, or architecture designers
o Use test management tools as necessary, potentially Excel spreadsheets or more dedicated tool(s)
o Review System provider ' s Change Request design or description of defect fix, in written or via conference call or potentially during meetings
o Follow-up on which Hotfixes are applied when (Based on reporting provided by the System vendor), in order to decide when can which faile
