IT Methodology Expert (CMMi Leader)

Quality & Methods (Q & M) department is in charge of the process improvement initiative
in the "Application Development and Management" (ADM) entity. This large IT entity is engaged in a deep organizational change, including the adoption of a new methodology.
The Q&M department supports the ADM entity for rolling out the defined processes in
order to increase predictability and repeatability of the project and maintenance
activities, with the long-term objective of increasing in CMMi maturity.
Mission Objectives:
- Collaborate to the rollout of project/maintenance management processes in IT:
- implementation and use of procedures, forms and guides
- implementation and use of tools in support of the method
- Be involved in the validation of the IT project/IT asset management processes and
deliverables
- Identify the improvements to be made to IT project/IT asset management processes
and associated tools, contributing to the documentation of project and asset final
reports and participating in capitalization at an organizational level
- Contribute to the identification of the best tools to put in place for the processes, in
accordance with the ones already used in the Group
- Plan and perform QA review on maintenance activities
- Define, implement and analyze process indicators
Required Profile:
- Master Degree.

Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in an IT organization.
- Knowledge of CMMI principles.
- Knowledge and experience of methodologies (RUP, Prince2, ITIL).
- Experience as IT Project Manager and/or IT Maintenance
- Experience in engineering method is an asset (UML).
