Description
The Marketing Manager will work within SME Business Sales and will report into the Retention Sales Manager.
Responsible for:
Minimising losses, increasing value from existing customers, Generating leads for all SME acquisition channels, Supporting and consolidating sales activity.
Locate, implement and manage appropriate response handling for inbound campaigns and contact capacity for outbound activity as required. Ensure that relevant briefing, training and call centre support is available for all marketing activity.
It is essential to meet the targets set with their financial constraints. This necessitates rapid and sound decision-making and the ability to develop, deliver and amend programmes of activity within short time periods.
