Our client, a leading financial company is currently seeking a Summit Support Analyst to join their team based in Brussels on a contract position.
Role/Opportunity:
The Summit Support Analyst would provide functional support of Front Office users; mature level of business knowledge.
Skills/Experience:
Essential:
A- Level or equivalent Experience/Knowledge Summit FT support of traders and/or Market Risk; knowledge of Interest Rate and Fixed Income instruments - basic characteristics and how they are treated in Summit; some Summit Gateway experience; knowledge of curve copying, curve structure; Reports like plupd, portrep; Summit database structure Be aware that the work will take place in a UNIX environment and therefore a willingness to acquire experience in this field is required.
Desirable:
Understanding of UNIX Summit architecture (to v5.x); UNIX script support and basic command line utilities; Knowledge of Credit derivatives, HVaR, CORBA services, setting up Gateway etc, SMT, MUST, Perl, AutoSys Good interpersonal skills, fluent English
