Description
This nationwide industry leader has an immediate 6+ month contract opening in Richardson, TX for a Senior Project Manager experienced with several complex Data Center move projects. Will be responsible for project planning, implementation, schedule and budget for the data center move project. Will work with various agencies and departments to support and track project progress. May require some travel.
This Project Manager must have previous experience managing 3+ large-scale data center move projects (hundreds of Servers handling hundreds of terabytes of data) including network set-ups and all operational needs. Should have solid project management experience and knowledge of IT infrastructure components, as well as proficiency in MS Project and MS Office. Must have excellent planning, organization, follow-up, and communication skills. Prefer a Bachelor's degree and PMP certification.
