Are you a Project Manager with at least 2 successfully completed enterprise migrations from one Windows O/S to a newer version (ideally Windows 7)? If the answer is yes, we are looking for you...
This is a long term contract with a minimum 12 month term and likely extensions for another 6 months. This is a key project to secure the future operability of leading finance company based in Newcastle.
Your role will include the following responsibilities:
- The role is to deliver Windows 7 to 1000 desktops and 100 laptops across NSW including 60 branches
- This must be completed in a highly secure, reliable automated manner with no impact on production
- 2 highly technical engineers will be provided as direct reports for the migration
- Successfully completed at least two recent major enterprise Microsoft Windows O/S migration projects, preferably upgrading to Windows 7
- Strong experience in desktop automation, ITIL Service Delivery and financial services environments
- You must have solid Project Management skills
- Solid technical background
