Strategy and Planning Manager
Corporate/Commercial Insurance or Broker market knowledge is ESSENTIAL.
The Commercial and Broker division has recently defined a clear view of a 3 - 5 year growth strategy across each of its component businesses.
Commercial Strategy Example;
1. Delivering Core Service Standards
2. Making my client the easiest Commercial Insurer to business with
3. Delivering growth through customer focused solutions
All of this requires not only excellence in the day to day trading operations but an ongoing focus on defining, refining and executing a range of strategic transformation projects across the business. At the same time we need to significantly enhance the market intelligence, market analysis and planning capabilities to ensure that they remain sufficiently strategic enough to exploit rapid market changes.
All of this requires a small central team of high calibre individuals able to support the business in both strategy formulation and planning.
The 3 key areas of this role will be:
Solution Development
Strategy Planning
Broker Proposition
Experience & Skills/Knowledge:
* Relevant senior market experience within either a forward thinking insurer or broker (ideally both)
* Strategy and planning role within a blue chip, FTSE 250 company
* Demonstrable thought leadership and senior stakeholder management skills
* Excellent planner and executor
